I first heard about Knafeh while looking through Instagram. They're a bunch of bearded bakers in a shipping container that not only makes delicious knafeh but also provide awesome entertainment. Lots of clapping, dancing, banging and drumming!
The shipping container stays at a different location around Sydney for a week, and then the container is transported again to its next destination
