» Niagara On The Lake

After visiting the Niagara whirlpool, we continued to drive on Niagara Parkway towards downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. On our drive, we saw a sign saying there was a Laura Secord Historic Site, so we decided to check it out

In the shop, we bought ice cream: maple walnut and chocolate chip cookie dough. Yum! I was expecting it to be Laura Secord ice cream but it was just Nestle ice cream

While driving to our next attraction, we passed by Riverview Cellars Winery and they were having a wine event today

We sampled the 2011 Vidal Icewine and it was deliciousss

After enjoying our wine, we headed to The Living Water Wayside Chapel. I read online that it is the world's smallest chapel but I'm not sure if it actually true or not. However the chapel was indeed very tiny

Finally, we reached downtown Niagara On The Lake

We first visited the Niagara Apothecary and I have wanted to come here every since I heard about it 4 years ago. Admission was free and donations were accepted. It was neat seeing all the artifacts and how pharmacy used to function back in the day

Next, we just walked around the town and browsed the shops
