» High Park Cherry Blossoms

I've heard about the cherry blossoms at High Park for many years but didn't get the chance to go until this year. There were many people at the park today to see the cherry blossoms. We came a little too late since the blossoms already turned white. If we had come to High Park last week, the blossoms would have been pink. But it was still very beautiful nonetheless

I went to lunch with my good friend whom I've known for about 8 years now. I recently found out that he is expecting a baby with his fiance so I knew I had to buy them a gift for their baby. So excited for them! After the Christmas Market, we drove to the Eaton Centre to eat dinner at Joeys. Thanks for celebrating my birthday! Szechuan Edamame "wok tossed with chilies, garlic, soy sauce" Lobster Grilled Cheese "brie & cheddar, cocktail sauce" Ravioli with Sautéed Prawns "spinach & artichoke ravioli, crispy prosciutto, tomato & capers" Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo "garlic, cream, nutmeg, arugula, shaved Grana Padano" Steak & Sushi "Japanese surf & turf, tataki style, CAB PRIME steak, ponzu sauce, rainbow roll" Protein Style Burger "hand pressed burger with all the groceries, wrapped in lettuce" Hot Wings "Frank's hot sauce, creamy blue cheese dip" Molten Lava Chocolate Soufflé "fresh raspberries, vanilla bean ice cream" While reading reviews for Joeys online, a lot of people said how long the walk to the bathroom is.....
